| Dakota 11 yrs old. 1/98 t0 1/2010 We rescued Dakota in 1999. Sassie passed 11/2009. Rescued in 1998. Little dogs still leave a big hole in your heart. |
| Dean is an 12 year old DSH cat. He thinks he's a dog. I wonder why? He gets along great with all the dogs, but he, like all the animals, lets Mya rule the house. This picture shows his favorite position. |
| Mya is a Scarlet Macaw. We love her so. She has been part of our family for 6 yrs. She is 8 yrs old now. She also was a rescue. Her toes & part of her wings were bitten off by her parents. She has a forever home with us, she is even provided for in our will. |

| Our joys are our family, and our pets. We have 7 children, 4 girls & 3 boys, 3 son in laws, 2 daughter in laws, & 7 grandchildren, 5 girls, 2 boys. We joined our families in 1993. We then purchased our wonderful Goldens Zach and Brandy. We bred several litters with our beloved friends. Our children joke that the dogs are our children now. Hmmmmm..... Maybe in a way. We now live with Goldens! Our rescues a cat, lizard, a macaw and LOTS! of fish. |
